Return/Exchange Policy

Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund as all items are limited edition and true to size. We do however, offer an exchange policy.

Exchange
To be eligible for an exchange , your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and all discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the package.
- Send us an email via info.frnch@gmail.com with proof of purchase and an image of the item you would like to exchange.
- Please provide a reason for exchange and we will respond with possible options applicable to you.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item including reshipping as the primary order was shipped free of charge.
